Catching Up With Friends

And I'm back! After 6 weeks of not updating, 6 weeks of stressing out on making scripts for my radio production class, doing reports, research, and paperworks, I finally had a chance to have a little break and update my mini-home. I'm just going to squeeze some of the things that had happened in the past 6 weeks in one or two posts. Or maybe even three. Lol.


July 14, after the 2nd day of the conference that I attended in Sta. Mesa, I met two of my best buds in highschool - Cami and Tin. The session ended a little late (about 5:30 in the afternoon), and we were supposed to meet in Soderno, Alabang before 7pm. I was so worried I would not make it in time because of the horrible traffic I experience the other day. So I texted a friend if the buses going to Alabang are passing through Pedro Gil, Taft. And he said yes. Gosh, I am now totally in love with Skyway. Only 30mins from Pedro Gil to Alabang! And because of that, I arrived in our meeting place about 20 minutes earlier than Tin and Cami. Hahahaha!



Also saw Mitchiko while I was walking at ATC. And it was my first time to actually talk to Ate Nicole (Tin's sister). It was a fun night, but very bitin. After Soderno, we stayed a little while at Tin's place to continue our chikahan. I swear these girls are the most madaldal girls I've ever met. Kulang na lang magsabunutan na kami kung sino ang unang magsasalita!

July 21 - Since Cami and I got very bitin catching up, we decided to meet on a different day, just the two of us. So it well be less chaotic. LOL! The last time I saw Cami was in October 2011 (aside from our recent Soderno, of course). So imagine how much I miss her! 

                                       

It was a rainy Saturday. I was supposed to be in school to prepare for our org's general assembly. But due to the very bad weather, classes in Manila got suspended. So instead of bumming around at home, there I was, with Cami. We talked about everything and everything. I went there at 2pm and left her house at 8pm. We never stopped talking. Hahahaha. I'm just so glad that Cami's back. I missed her, I missed her so much. And Cami, if you're reading this, you know that I'll always be right by your side. I'm here to help you, with whatever issues you have in life. Sistars forever!

I love times like these. Going out with your friends without worrying about anything. Despite my busy schedule, I still find time to "have fun" at least every weekend. I don't know, a sort of a stress reliever, maybe. And yes, it really helps!
