Ang Sayaw Ng Dalawang Kaliwang Paa

Dennis (Rocco Nacino) and Marlon (Paulo Avelino) are students of Karen (Jean Garcia) in her literature class. Marlon stalked Karen and found out that she's a choreographer and dance teacher. He enrolled in Karen's dance class and tried to impress her so he asked Dennis' help, who apparently assists at the studio.

The two men grew closer and became intimate friends as they practice dance routines. Dennis shows a little affection to Marlon, while Marlon has his full attention on his professor and dance teacher Karen.

Karen found out that Marlon rents the dance studio after class and asks Dennis to tutor him so he can perform well in the dance class. Marlon felt betrayed over Dennis telling Karen. After that incident, Karen noticed the coldness between the two men so she asked the both of them to help her out at a cotillion and to audition for a Panay epic Humadapnon.

This made Dennis and Marlon inspired to work together again. They auditioned with their own interpretation of a literary piece and eventually got the main roles for Humadapnon.

The film was a complete form of art and culture. It fused literature, dance and music to present a complex love triangle. The dance was uniquely Filipino although there were some scenes that consumed too much time on dance routines only. The literature and poetry were perfect, as well as the music.

"Ang Sayaw Ng Dalawang Kaliwang Paa" was directed by Alvin Yapan under Vim Yapan/Alem Chua Production in Cooperation with BIGTOP Media Productions, Inc. and Far Eastern University.

The movie will be shown in selected theaters starting October 26, 2011.
